1.1 We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product arrived damage and you want to return it you will need to submit evidence and return the product or ask for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perishable items such as frozen foods, fresh produce, or dairy products unless the items arrived damaged or spoiled.
1.2 Non-Perishable Items: Non-perishable items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
2.1 Damaged or Defective Items: If you received damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate the return process.
2.2 Non-Perishable Items: If you wish to return non-perishable items for reasons other than damage or defect, please contact us to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds
3.1 Perishable Items: Refunds or replacements will be issued for perishable items that are damaged or spoiled during transit. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt to report any issues.
3.2 Non-Perishable Items: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
4. Exchanges
4.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a non-perishable item for the same item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
